Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and provide ERP functional consulting.
- Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and integrate with other applications.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend optimized solutions.
- Develop process documentation and training materials.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and risk management.
- Work closely with clients to enhance ERP functionality and efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Travel for on-site client support as needed.
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
Experience
- 3+ Year
